Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending our events you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and fair treatment of all attendees, staff, and performers. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Ticketing & Refund Policy
1.1. All Sales Final
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, changes in personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.
1.2. Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred privately or via third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, TicketSwap, Viagogo). Doing so may result in the ticket being cancelled without notice or refund.
1.3. Resale Assistance
Once the event is officially sold out, we may offer a resale facilitation service through our authorised channels. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee that a resale will be successful or completed.
1.4. Entry Requirements
A valid ticket and proof of identification (see Section 2.3) are required for entry. Tickets presented on mobile devices or as printed copies will be accepted if clearly legible.
2. Admission & Conduct
2.1. Age Restriction
This event is strictly 18+. No admittance will be granted to anyone under 18 years of age. Valid photographic ID (passport, UK driving licence, PASS card) is required at the entrance. No refunds will be issued for refused entry due to age verification failure.
2.2. Right of Refusal
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee, without refund, for behaviour deemed disorderly, unsafe, offensive, or in breach of these terms.
2.3. Entry Security
Bag checks and security searches may be conducted upon entry. Entry may be refused if any prohibited items (see Section 5) are found.
3. Health, Safety & Allergies
3.1. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Guests are responsible for notifying the organisers of any food allergies or dietary needs at least 14 days prior to the event via the contact method provided in your ticket confirmation.
3.2. Cross-Contamination Disclaimer
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we operate in environments where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
3.3. Medical Conditions

4.3. Event Photography Consent
By attending the Event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed by official event photographers for use in promotional materials, social media, and future marketing. If you prefer not to appear in such material, please notify our team upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate.
